These Terms govern your use of Eatlog, provided by Sean Garette Gajitos.
General-wellness use
Eatlog is an adult general-wellness food and weight log, not a medical device. Nutrition values, targets, trends, and AI estimates can be incomplete or wrong. Review entries and consult a qualified health professional for medical decisions.
Plans and purchases
Eatlog Pugo provides the free local feature set. Eatlog Manok is a monthly auto-renewing subscription. Eligible users may receive the introductory trial shown by the platform store. The store charges the localized price, and Manok renews until canceled through the store account. Canceling preserves access through the verified entitlement expiration unless the store revokes it earlier.
Eatlog Itik is a one-time, non-renewing purchase. "Lifetime" means a non-expiring Itik entitlement on the purchase platform while Eatlog and its hosted services remain available, subject to this fair-use policy and any store refund or revocation. It does not promise that Google Gemini or another third-party service will operate forever.
Purchases and restores apply through the same platform and store account. Complimentary access creates no store subscription and can expire or be revoked under its grant terms. Refunds are handled under the platform store's rules.
AI fair use
An eligible Manok trial includes up to 5 initial estimates and 5 clarifications per rolling 24 hours, with 30 of each across the trial. Manok, Itik, and complimentary access have no weekly AI limit and currently permit 30 combined AI operations per rolling 24 hours and 250 per rolling 30 days. Limits can prevent a request before provider dispatch.
Eatlog may adjust future limits prospectively to protect service availability and cost, with updated terms and store disclosure where required.
AI access also requires separate consent to send the selected photo or description to the configured providers. Declining consent does not cancel a purchase and does not block local Eatlog features.
Data ownership
Your local food, weight, target, photo, and adaptive records remain on the device after trial expiry, cancellation, refund, revocation, or downgrade. Entitlements, receipts, promotional grants, and quota history are not included in Eatlog backups or CSV exports. Keep independent backups of data you need.
Service availability
Online estimates, food sources, entitlement verification, store services, and hosted infrastructure can be unavailable. Eatlog Pugo startup and local features are designed to remain usable during those outages, but no uninterrupted service guarantee is made.
